They fit well in plus-size underwear, and offer decent absorbency. I used them to replace my reusable cloth pads, and the result was similar, with less odor. I would recommend these to anyone looking for a urinary incontinence pad, but I won't be switching myself, as I believe disposable pads are wasteful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a new Mom my bladder is not what it used to be. Then I got a really bad cold. I would get these cough attacks which made me leak a lot. These worked great! I wish period pads came with this length. These absorbed at night when I would cough while lying on my back. It's really absorbent and I didn't have to worry about getting my clothes wet. Just give them a try because I was glad I found these.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Poise Originals Maximum Absorbency Long Length Pad is one of the most comfortable pads I have ever used. It is soft and absorbs well. I like the long length which provides sense of security. The top layer stays dry for hours which I really appreciate. No irritation caused. I highly recommend this product.

I wrote a previous review, but apparently you pick and choose what you want to show. I have used Poise pads for years. Tried others, but Poise was the best. I order on internet - 4 pkg. boxes. My last order came with the "New look", but they are definitely not the same absorbency. I had a spill with the very first pad from a minor urine leak. I have to use twice as many pads now and do not feel confident going places for fear of a leak. AND why the shocking pink wrappers in stead of the discrete wrappers. Do I want to advertise incontinence with a shocking pink pad in a pocket or in my purse? What were you thinking? I do not want to be forced into moving up to the "ultimate" absorbency pads as I found them too bulky and uncomfortable in trying them in the past. I guess I will try other brands again.

I love the length but they are not very comfortable and I don’t think I would wear one under leggings. I think if I use these again it will be for around the house when I need to.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While this product wasn't for me, it's ability to absorb a huge amount of liquid while keeping skin dry is great. The only reason I'm giving a four star review rather than a five is due to it's thickness. The pads aren't necessarily bulky or bulge when wet. I prefer much thinner pads when menstruating and I don't have any urinary problems so this product isn't for me but I'm positive to those who do have those issues, I highly recommend these pads.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really impressed how well these pads work . They hold quiet a bit to lock away moisture from your skin. U do have to change them around every 3to 4 hours but it depends on how bad your bladder leaks u would have to change as needed . But they do help from messing up your clothes.I would recommend it to anyone that has a bladder leakage problem. The length of the pad helps a lot to prevent leaks.

I would give this 0 stars if I could. With all the time taken to find the perfect day pad for my grandma with alzheimers and Poise redesigns it out of nowhere. When you call they swear it is the same absorbency. Well, I have news for you, it is not. They shift, fold, and are not as wide. They are thinner and do not hold. The front and back of the pad are very thin and do not offer the extra protection. I took an old design and put it to the new one. The new one is much thinner, the old one had a consistent absorbency across the width.
