[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are the best pads I have used. Simply put, they work. I have tried other brands, but keep coming back to Poise. They work better and hold more liquid than the others on the market. If you need them, use these!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Poise pads work pretty well for most bladder leaks, but honestly for larger gushes, they don’t absorb as quickly as they should and leaks still occurred. The pads are soft enough, but they’re bulkier than I’d like, you definitely know you’re wearing them. If you’re wearing something tight like leggings, I worry other people might see. For small leaks and if you wear jeans, you’d be all set!

I have been using Poise for years, 6 long length. The new pads are not as good as the previous ones. They leak, do not hold as much moisture & are thinner than before. I bought the largest pack available, used only 3 & switched to a different brand and gave the Poise to a friend. If you change back to the old style, I will be back. But, until then I'm sorry I won't be buying Poise.

I have used poise pads basically my whole life for bladder leakage. Size 5 has always done well...BUT..this latest “IMPROVEMENT” SUCKS! it has really been difficult to deal with being something so imparrotive to my life changing for the worse. I am so disappointed! I really hope you go back to the original pads. Please!

I have used the Maximum Absorbency Regular Length Poise Pads for six years.The quality and absorbency have been just what I needed and has kept me a returning customer.I purchased two packages of (14) on my last shopping trip as the store was out of the (48) package.The newly purchased pads are terrible - what happened?The pink protector holding the pad has to be shredded to remove it.The pads have almost no adhesive,they will not stay put.I will not describe the problems that caused.These pads were definitely different and of considerably less quality.I hope this was a brief production hiccup because I will be forced to change brands.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product was comfortable . I didn't have the bunching up like you have with other products. And I was totally surprised at the absorbency of this pad. I can be confident while wearing this product out in public.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These honestly work extremely well in terms of protection and absorbency, but my problem is they're way too large for me! (Feels like wearing a diaper!) I gave them to my mom and she's thrilled, haha!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The "Ultimate" long length is what I use and the only ones that work as far as absorbency. However, they do bunch and roll in the middle. Sometimes I have to go to the restroom at work to realign them as they will slide forward or backward.

I found them very comfortable to wear and actually forgot I had then on they were THAT comfortable. An A+ product I have already recommended to others and have already purchased myself!!

The new overnights are not as comfortable. While they look to be the same size and thickness, they don't wear the same. They feel stiffer and the extra gathers at the edge really irritates. I don't know about other women, but my ho-hah, isn't skinny in the middle. So I need a little extra protection in the middle. I made do with the previous version of the overnights, because for the most part, they worked. These new ones, they don't work. For many, many years, I have been pretty satisfied with Poise and have told many others, but not anymore.
