It was the extra protection that I needed and it kept me dry. I especially like the coverage and not having to worry about any unexpected accidents.

They have quite a bit of cushion, however, so that may differ from your typical menstrual pad. The pad is thick and comfortable. It is soft and breathable. It doesn't end up feeling "swampy" down below. These pads keep you clean and dry. There are no bad odors. They are absorbent and work as intended! I truly have no complaints. I would recommend these for women who suffer medium-heavy bleeding or for women with urinary incontinence. They work well for either! I received this product free in exchange for my honest review.

I actually only use these sometimes at night as I live with extremely, severe total full body chronic pain disease and so on some nights when my pain is even more extreme and severe I need protection and these are the best protection of all, as I don't have to worry at all when I sleep for long periods as I know I will be totally safe with using them. I have been using the Poise Maximum Long length for many years with no issues. The new "improved" product does not have the same absorbency. I am using more pads on a daily basis than with the previous product. One thing that is most important to women with this problem, is confidence in your product. I no longer feel confident that the product will give me the protection I need.

Because of my condition I do sometimes have certain incidents and can't make it in time to use the restroom and this gives me some relief knowing I won't have any embarrassing accident while going through my daily life.
