I use them when on road trips, amusement parks/etc and when I know there’s chance that I’m going to be laughing hard. I just recently tried the Max absorbency long length, I was very pleased with the protection they provided. The longer length gives you extra protection which made me feel more confident that there would be no leakage onto my clothing, therefore I was able to enjoy myself to the fullest extent knowing fhe Poise pads would absorb any leakage shouldnthe need arise.

I actually only use these sometimes at night as I live with extremely, severe total full body chronic pain disease and so on some nights when my pain is even more extreme and severe I need protection and these are the best protection of all, as I don't have to worry at all when I sleep for long periods as I know I will be totally safe with using them. I have tried several sizes and found the four good for days and the 5 for nighttime. I like the comfort and security I feel when I wear Poise. I do prefer the regular length over the long length; however I find that local stores seem to be stocking longer lengths. These Poise products bring me a great relief.

Although this would not have been my normal choice for leak protection due to the size of the pad, this was a very comfortable option and it did provide great breath ability and comfort throughout the day. The fit was excellent and although it was a little more thick than I would have hoped for it did the job well and you really didn’t feel like you were wearing it at all. The comfort was great. It hugged your needed areas and provided the protection needed without being embarrassed by unexpected leaks. I am used to having a pad with wings, and although this did not have that option, it still stayed in place just fine without any issues. I would recommend this brand for great functionality and comfort throughout the day.

By the second day of my period it's usually a heavy flow and these pads worked really well and didn't have a problem with leakage on my panties. I've tried other brands but wasn't as satisfied as I am with this brand. Will definitely be buying these from now on.

Appreciated the package to try out as probably will need to use this type of product more in the future. For me the pad was bulky and would have liked something thinner.

If I had a larger 'leak', the pads couldn't absorb it fast enough. I regularly use the bigger pads though and feel very comfortable doing so.
