I actually only use these sometimes at night as I live with extremely, severe total full body chronic pain disease and so on some nights when my pain is even more extreme and severe I need protection and these are the best protection of all, as I don't have to worry at all when I sleep for long periods as I know I will be totally safe with using them. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never strayed from the Always brand, but I'm glad I did! I honestly didn't think I would like these as much, but now they are my #1 choice. I use pads when I'm really heavy and these were perfect. They fit comfortably, and did the job.

Once again I am disappointed by Poise Pads after hoping that in almost a years time that the company would make considerable improvements which unfortunately has not happened. The regular length remains too short and narrow, whereby the longs curl and twist. Poise absolutely NEEDS to switch to the quick absorbing gel inserts that guarantee immediate absorbtion because that tiny little spot at the top of the pad is not enough. Now I'm stuck with 48 useless leakers! I won't wear a product that I can't trust to keep me dry, and at present there is no Poise product that suits my needs as well as another brand on the market. Sorry Poise but you need to return to the drawing board and address fit and flow issues with your pads.

I just wish it was a little longer in back and had a little more coverage around the sides. It didnt leak, but I would have liked the extra protection. I have used these pads before, and they are good for all day use as well. I like the fact, that they are not too thin. I dont think that would make me feel confident. I dont have to change these as often, which is a plus. I like the design, but dont like the design or print on the pad. But the pad is soooo soft Thanks

I received Poise’s Fresh Protection Pads, Maximum Regular in the size 5. These pads help to eliminate odor and help keep the wearer dry. I really liked these pads. They absorbed very well. They were quite thick, so some people may find these pads uncomfortable but I did not mind. I was alright with them being thick because it made me feel like I was protected. Overall, I would recommend this product. It worked well. I would definitely buy this product.

They have quite a bit of cushion, however, so that may differ from your typical menstrual pad. The pad is thick and comfortable. It is soft and breathable. It doesn't end up feeling "swampy" down below. These pads keep you clean and dry. There are no bad odors. They are absorbent and work as intended! I truly have no complaints.
