It is great especially on long busy days with no worries of any leaking or accidents where other pads have disappointed protection of leaking. Urine leaking happens more often during allergy season with coughing and sneezing. Now I can go out in public and not worry about pad showing in jeans nor leakage. The adhesive is durable, the pads hold their shape nicely even after long wear, and they can be used WITHOUT the adhesive on things like high waist girl shorts with a crotch opening - they just settle into the right spot and stay there due to the curved shape. When doing this the paper that is supposed to be torn off is not uncomfortable and does not come loose.

They don't fall apart like some I have used and they stay in place! I have not tried the tampons but the pads and liners are worth paying a a bit more than off brands!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Poise Maximum long length pads are comfortable, effective at containing leaks and keeping me odor free. I would buy these again and again because they deliver on their promises to reduce leaks and keep me fresh. They stay in place and don't budge or bulk up, very comfortable to wear.

These pads are about half as thick as the original max 5's; they leak; they do not absorb well at all. I have to constantly change and if I'm going somewhere, I put another one on top "just in case." Why in the world would you change something that was so good!!!! These are no better than the cheapest things on the market now. You should be ashamed for smearing the Poise name for the sake of...WHAT? So very, very disappointed. I will immediately go to another brand and save money. Poise was always known as the best; now they are horrible and you've ruined your reputation with these. I don't think I am alone in this complaint.

I love the length but they are not very comfortable and I don’t think I would wear one under leggings. I think if I use these again it will be for around the house when I need to.
