[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For those who have weak bladders this helps keep your pants dry and lets you keep your confidence even though life journey creates embarrassing issues. The only downside is there no wings to help keep it in place. It will help when out for extended periods of time without access to restroom or place to change.

I was expecting them to be a bit thinner so I felt like I was wearing a pad. However they were comfortable and efficient for leak protection. I will buy these again but I would have to see if they have thinner ones. I don’t mind wearing these at night though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I reveived the Pouse originals maximum absorbency long length and gave them a try. After the birth of two babies, I tend to have bladder leakage at times. But with the Poise, whenever I did have leakage, they absorbed it all!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wish I would of had these when I came home from the hospital after having my baby! These pads are super absorbent and huge. When I say huge I mean LONG they are also thick but they are so long. You would not have any issue with any fluids leaking from the back. Also it is super contoured. It has these side walls that have ruffles to keep any fluids from leaking. They were super comfortable as fqr as the fabric but a bit uncomfortable because of how large they are. I would not purchase these for just my regular menstrual cycle or occasional bladder leakage. They are too large for me however if I ever have a baby again I would 1000% purchase these for after birthing cycle.

I have been using these pads since the hourglass shape was discontinued. I find these pads leak on the sides and at the bottom length consistently. For overnight they are not suitable and feel like a have a diaper on! Not a good feeling! I want to like them but I just cannot. That said, I may have no other choice. I am very disappointed. I really liked the hourglass shape and how they covered my body (important for someone who sits all day) and stayed comfortable. I bought as many packs as I could when stocks ran out, Nothing comes close to those pads and I have had to use pads for 12 years now. Please make a better option. And yes, I have tried the new thin pads and I'm not impressed with them either very much!

The newer ones are too wide for the gusset, so the adhesive backing of your pads sticks to my legs or my dresses. Review sites give your hourglass products top marks, yet you discontinue them? Whoever though that up probably got promoted, right?

I just do not like the shocking pink color these are wrapped in. For discrete issues like this, I prefer the softer colors...not an announcement that says "Va-voom - look at me." Poise is constantly changing their pads or their packaging. Confusing to me and cost-cutting measures on pad changes, I am sure. I am not happy with the lesser absorbency in the newer pads from the summer of 2015. I read Poise's canned answer to these complaints - and all us consumers cannot be wrong. We know there is a difference in what we have used for years and what we are getting now. I am very dismayed at Poise. Obviously a cost-containment, cost-cutting measure - and we end up with less absorbency. Gosh, I may end have to try another brand. Will go shopping today and see if I can can something as that I can use in place of my beloved Poise pad. I cannot use a longer pad - due to how I use it. And the remake of the pad gives less absorbency for the same size - to get more absorbency, i have to use a longer Poise pad - and I can't do that.

I like the longer length, as it seems to give a bit more protection if I am caught late heading to a bathroom when I must go, for example when traveling and getting to a rest stop. I much prefer using these products rather than asking my doctor to prescribe a medicine that may have other unwanted side effects. The Impressa product would not work for me, as urgency is the problem that I have. Actually, my doctor agrees with me on that--she would rather not prescribe something as long as the Poise pads are serving the purpose.
