I have tried several sizes and found the four good for days and the 5 for nighttime. I like the comfort and security I feel when I wear Poise. I do prefer the regular length over the long length; however I find that local stores seem to be stocking longer lengths. These Poise products bring me a great relief.

The company has a great reputation and I already use many different absorbencies from Poise. I have never had a leak or a mess nor did this product irritate my skin and I have very sensitive skin. Can be easily tossed in a bag discretely. DO NOT throw down any toilet. Toss in the garbage. Or you will have issues with septic, toilet or both. Very comfortable and I do not feel like I am wearing anything. Absorbs and odor. These came in especially handy when I had issues and needed surgery. Game changer for me before and after surgery. Therefore, I can wear pants and they do not show at all. Also, I am happy that I can wear them at night because they are extra long. And greatly protect me against urine leaks. It is very thoughtful that they are each conveniently wrapped and can be easily stored in any purse. The design of this pad is very modern. And the sticky part does not let the pad move from the correct place. I was surprised and delighted how thinner these pads are but they can hold a lot of liquids. I am going to continue using these Poise Originals because they are comfortable, they are discreet, and modern. When I say huge I mean LONG they are also thick but they are so long. You would not have any issue with any fluids leaking from the back. Also it is super contoured. It has these side walls that have ruffles to keep any fluids from leaking. They were super comfortable as fqr as the fabric but a bit uncomfortable because of how large they are. I would not purchase these for just my regular menstrual cycle or occasional bladder leakage. They are too large for me however if I ever have a baby again I would 1000% purchase these for after birthing cycle.

These pads have a great absorbency so again you will not leak through. The shape and the length are very comfortable and doesn't bunch up. You don't feel like your wearing a diaper or that the rest of the world can see that you are wearing a pad. I would highly recommend for people who wants to feel secure when they are at home or out and about.

I was so disappointed for her when the hourglass shape pad was not longer available. Much to my surprise, I am very pleased with this product. I have had good experiences with Poise pads as the pads provided absorbency, comfort, and a great fit but I found that the maximum long pads were more than what I needed. They were too bulky and uncomfortable to wear. I can say the quality is perfection and I knew I wouldn’t have to worry about leakage. I will just stick with Poise pads but a thinner pad for sure.
