The recent changes to the maximum absorbency pads are dreadful, allowing significantly more leakage than the previous version, which was virtually leak-free for me. Another unappealing feature of the new version is it has less odour protection. And the purple/mauve colour is a silly, unattractive marketing gimmick. I prefer the previous white colour, which suggested cleanliness, and never smelled. I shared this feedback by email with Poise immediately after trying the "new improved" product, and I received an email from a Kimberly-Clark representative extolling all the virtues of the new product, while ignoring the problems. Trust me, I've tried the product, and the new version has caused me to switch brands, and I won't return to Poise, unless the Poise sees the wisdom of restoring its previous product. Poise should respect the experience of their loyal customers - who care enough to tell the company about the shortcomings of the new product - more than the product developers who came up with a faulty design.

My only complaint is that when the pad gets saturated and one tries to pull it off the panties, it sometimes shreds because the sticky tab is too sticky. Other than that, I am happy with the product.

One of my favorite parts is the sides of the middle have like a scrunched elastic so it moves with you ! Love that part so much ! Amazing protection. No leaks ! Breathable and don't sweat like crazy either.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Poise Originals Maximum Absorbency Long Length are especially good if you are planning activities that will take you away from a quick trip to the restroom. These are also helpful for the time you are sleeping because the absorbency is the maximum they make for this type of incontinence pad. The longer length gives more confidence that they will absorb and keep you dry.

I have used Poise pads for many years. I use the maximum absorbency both regular length and the extra long length. On both of these pads the sides get damp and in turn dampens my underwear , which in turn leaves a wet spot on my clothing. If you added a side "dam" it would solve this problem. Infant diapers have this protection and rarely does a diaper leak.

I have been using Poise pads for some time, but as my bladder problem has become worse I find that I now need the pad for max absorbancy but the length (even though listed as regular) is much too long to be discreat. I need a pad with the max absorbancy but the regular length of 10 inches. I have purchased these pads and then found I had to cut the ends off as to not have sitckiing out evidence. It is not that I am a little skinny woman, but I am sure that there are more women that have the same problem I do. I just purchased another pack of Max pads that says regular length, opened them and found that they are about 13 inches long, I will return them and then I don't know what I will do for pads.

I have been using Poise Pads for 10+years. The product is comfortable; however, I don't feel they are as absorbent as they were prior to this most recent change. I am using the extra long, ultimate absorbance over nights. I have to use the overnights even during the day. I have never tried any other brand, but I do wish you would go back to the higher absorbent product.
