[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always had back issues with my old mattress and since buying and using the medium hybrid my back problems are no longer a thing. This is a great entry-level mattress into Tempurpedic. I just wish some of the other high-end mattresses that have the cooling technology were more affordable because I tend to be a hot sleeper.

Its still early to give a proper review, but so far I love it. I have severe back problems and my hips, ribs, and vertebrae constantly go out of place. It helps support everything and I sleep really good. The part where they say you won't feel your partner move isn't as true as I hoped, however, he doesn't move as much now in his sleep either. So it's a win here!

It helps relieve the joint pain I suffer from. I also love the ergo base i got with it. Perfect combo for me! The one down side is that this bed does sleep hot and I am a hot sleeper to begin with.

Just purchased our first Tempur-Pedic bed. Upon entering, every sales associate greeted us. Vince took us to four different mattresses, explaining all with expertise. I did not feel pressured, rather I felt like a guest whose needs were trying to be met with professionalism and accuracy. From there Vince showed us several pillow styles until we found the one that best matched our mattress selection. Finally, Vince turned into Al Buddy as he patiently helped me find a pair of slippers that were both cute and comfortable. Finally, the manager Paul helped with finalizing the transaction, both ensuring that everything was correct and that we were highly satisfied before leaving. I'm very excited to try our new bed but based on the store experience I feel confident we will sleep very well! As for customer service, Vince knocked it out of the park! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked the fact that the mattress is unique and versatile, when you lie on it in winter it seems to accumulate your heat, warming you up additionally, but in summer, on the contrary, it is not hot on it, the body doesn't sweat, the top layer seems to breathe. I didn't think that a mattress could be so comfortable, it adapts to the shape of my body, lying on it is very comfortable, not hard, my spine doesn't hurt, I wake up and nothing hurts, as often happens when you sleep on an uncomfortable mattress. Sleep is an important part of our life and a good comfortable mattress is a sacred thing. It is sewn perfectly, doesn't deform, there are handles on the back side to make it easier to take, it is not too heavy, it is of pleasant quality, you can immediately see that it is a good quality mattress. I will recommend it with a pure heart. Now sleep is only relaxation and pleasure.

Finally found that hard to get balance between support and comfort. I bought directly from Tempurpedic on their website, the customer service is not 5 star like the product, in fact it's not even a 1 star. It's too bad because the product is really great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased this mattress and am very pleased! I work as a cardiac nurse with long shifts and sleep at night is crucial. My old spring mattress was uncomfortable and I would wake up very sore. I also have scoliosis with chronic back pain. Ever since I got my new mattress, I no longer wake up with aches and pains. What an excellent purchase!

I had a split cal king tempurpedic bed for 16 years prior to this medium hybrid bed. This one is definately taking more time to break in. I have only had it for 3 weeks so it is an adjustment and taking my body some time to get used to the new firmness.

I have tried different size sheets, including sheets purchased from Tempurpedic, but none fit well. Sheets "bunch up" wherever I lay, and I prefer a nice tight smooth sheet. Have not been able to find any that accomplish this, no matter the depth size. A topper might help, but when you pay 3k for a mattress, why would you need to add a $300 topper that cannot be returned if it doesn't solve the problem?

After sleeping for 10 years on a generic memory foam bed to step up to the real deal was years in the making. I only wish I would've had a Tempur-pedic a long, long time ago. It's been the most comfortable nights sleep we've ever had and can't recommend the product enough!
