We are at the 90 day mark my husband loves it I on the other hand am have had difficulties with this mattress since day 1. I'm sore when I get up in the morning but it wears off throughout the day. I have a very physical job so I look forward to restful sleep in a comfortable bed. I'm not getting that with this mattress. I'm hoping it will get better with time. Also I feel that the edge of the bed is beginning too slope so I try to stay towards the middle.

Pros: Very comfortable! No pressure points, no arms falling asleep. Excellent at motion isolation. I cannot feel my 180 lb husband move at night, or when he gets out of bed. Conforming but not sinking. The hybrid helps make it not feel like quicksand. Not bouncy, not too squishy. I would call it just right. Solidly made. I think this will last for a long time. Cons: Warm! It's not the hottest mattress I've ever slept on, but it really holds heat. The hybrid coils I think are helping with air circulation a bit but not enough. I can still feel warmth on the mattress an hour after I get up. I would avoid if you're a hot sleeper. We're trying different mattress toppers to see if anything helps, kind of a bummer after spending so much on a mattress but you gotta sleep.

I finally pulled the trigger last fall and I'm soo glad I did. The mattress is everything I expected; soft but supportive, good quality, and has that signature feel of the memory foam. Don't be fooled by imitation "memory foam" when you feel the real thing you won't go back. I also got the adjustable frame and love the zero-G setting and massage. I'm very picky with mattresses because they are a signifigant investment and you don't want to live with a mistake. I've mostly owned Sterns and Foster latex mattresses in the past but after my Tempurpedic experience I am a customer for life.

Unlike other mattresses we have owned, it has not developed any "body impressions.". Since using it, my back problems have improved to the point that I experience less pain than before.

It took me time to get used to the mattress because it is memory foam, after a couple of weeks it feels great

The matress is more on the firm side of the spectrum, with a conforming soft foam top. I do enjoy the back support the matress offers. I do recommend this TEMPRUR-PEDIC matress if you enjoy a firm mattress with a little give on top the TEMPUR-ADAPT is for you.

We slept on the mattress for 33 nights then went to the retailer seeking a refund invoking the 90 refund policy. The mattress is too firm. Both my wife and I slept poorly and got up each morning sore. An exchange for a softer Tempurpedic was going to cost an additional $800 and that became an excessive expense on top of the high price of the original purchase. We chose not to buy it. We are both 60 and of average height and normal weight. The best thing I can say is the refund from the retailer was no hassle.
