[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mattress was a replacement for an aging air mattress. After looking at a number of options, the TEMPUR-Adapt medium did not disappoint -- the adaptive material is firm enough to provide support and yet soft enough to yield a great night's sleep.

The first night on this bed was great compared to my last mattress; I hardly tossed and turned at all according to my Fitbit sleep tracker. Over the weeks, I have awakened to back pain still (in PT for sciatica and piriformis pain) depending on how I have the bed tilted at the head or feet on the adjustable platform. I KNOW the mattress is still new and needs to be broken in, but how long does that take? And I feel as though my side of the bed is sinking faster than my partner's (I weigh a little more than he does) and so maybe that's why I'm not getting the best sleep. I even added memory pillows to accompany the sleep experience (which has helped with neck and shoulder pain) but I am still not having the most comfortable rest. I do workout so maybe it's muscle pain and fatigue that doesn't help, but I though the Tempur-Pedic is supposed to help alleviate this type of pain? Finger's crossed, it gets better over the months. PS I did a stay at a hotel recently and had the worst sleep (or lack thereof) tat I could remember! My body was definitely missing my Tempur-Pedic!

Been using the bed for about 4 months now. It took a while to break it in, but has not sagged yet. We had tons of problems with customer service. Had to move the bed upstairs by OURSELVES, and the bed frame has a hold in it from the shipping company. They chose the wrong shipping company and tried to blame us for accepting the order when it arrived at the front of the house. Like how were we suppose to know this?! Definitely did not get the "white glove" delivery!

We bought this mattress 30 days ago. It is the most uncomfortable mattress we have ever owned. We are tossing and turning all night long. This mattress causes extreme back pain and numbness in the arms for side sleepers. We have tried kneeling and walking on mattress to loosen up, but nothing works. I am now sleeping on the couch. We called 2 days ago to return and we are still waiting to hear back from a representative from Tempur-Pedic. So far, not an easy return process as suggested by salesperson in flagship store.

It's hard to remember what sleeps were like before getting this mattress. Actually, it's not. They just weren't that good. I remember waking up and checking my fitness tracker and seeing a "Good" sleep score in the 80's and thinking "I don't really feel all that rested. AND my back hurts." This mattress has changed the way we rest and sleep. I have no pains when I wake up and I'm waking up less than I ever have. The only regret I have is not getting this sooner. My wife was right, per usual.

I cannot get out of the bed. And my spouse cannot turn over in bed. The bed is not the same like the one at the store. It it very uncomfortable and it hurts are back. I've tried calling the store to see what I need to do to return them and they say I have to wait 45 days. I've contacted your company and was told to contact the store I bought them from. I hate this mattress and cannot wait to return it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After trying 2 other name brand mattresses continued to have miserable nights sleep....this bed changed our sleep and our energy levels! This bed is SO comfortable and we wake up refreshed and ready to take on a new day! Recommend this bed, wished it wouldn't have taken SO long to find this PERFECT bed!

The mattress itself is a great investment if you know what you're looking for. I purchased the mattress, pillows, and adjustable base. Its been difficult to get use to. My wife and I are still getting use to the mattress. The adjustable base has helped our back pain greatly. It's difficult to sleep in a bed that only has a regular base now.

While enthusiastic, I was very surprised that after 6 nights 8 could hardly get out of bed or walk. I performed gentle exercises for a couple of hours and then gained courage to walk around a "Big Box" store. The next day the mattress was returned...not for everyone, sorry.

I was concerned with the firmness as it doesn't feel like a traditional mattress, but it molds just enough to me. I love that it doesn't get hot and I can finally sleep. Only thing I don't like is the height, but I should have ordered a smaller foundation.
