[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have dealt with significant back pain for years and have been through a few different mattresses. The Tempur-pedic is by far the best I have tried. I was skeptical at first and didn't really believe a high end mattress would help much with my back pain. Boy was I wrong. I've had this mattress for 5 months now and it has helped my pain substantially, and now that I am pregnant with my second child I am extra thankful for a truly comfortable bed. It conforms to my body relieving my aches and pains, without making me feel like I am sinking. I honestly don't know how I went without a Tempur-pedic all these years. Absolutely worth every penny!

I have been having back issues for awhile which I felt stemmed from an old mattress. We landed on a split king Tempur-Pedic and zero gravity is amazing! My husband does not care for it or the split beds, but the comfort is top notch and the options to relieve pressure from the adjustable base is wonderful! My daughter plays club volleyball so the worst part about traveling now is knowing I will hate a hotel bed for 2 days and come back with back pains to work through again!

4.5 4 stars because it's still a little firmer than I would like and sometimes a bit stiff and I wonder if I should have gotten the cloud. 5 stars because it has been a miracle worker for pain. I felt like I was never going to get a mattress that wouldn't make me hurt when I woke up in the morning. I fought buying a Tempurpedic because of the price, but it is so worth it for the pain relief. I was waking up at a 6 to 8 everyday, now I'm at most at a 2. It's amazing!

The company honored our prior owned queen mattress on an adjustable frame with a credit toward a new Adapt Medium Hybrid. It fits the old frame and we find it very comfortable and we are especially happy with the additional support on the sides of the mattress.

Broke down after less than two years, nothing but back pain. This was a replacement for the original Cloud TP that we had purchased in 2013, and we were talked into the Hybrid by our local salesman. Nope, never again. Within a year, there was a solid 8 inch crack leading all the way down to the coils, leading to many uncomfortable nights of sleep and lots of back pain. Stick with the regular memory foam.

I had a split cal king tempurpedic bed for 16 years prior to this medium hybrid bed. This one is definately taking more time to break in. I have only had it for 3 weeks so it is an adjustment and taking my body some time to get used to the new firmness.

Got a twin tempur adapt. Store manager said it's good for hot side sleeper but he was so wrong. I'm 5ft 2 in nearly 200 lbs. Not only it's hot like an oven but my hip sag and only a little better if sleep on the back.Use to sleep 7-8 hrs but now 4 hrs.cos of the pain and heat.its been a month and it's still hot hot hot if add a topper it's too high for me to climb cos with base foundation and mattress it's 29 inches high.use a stool to get on the bed but fell down cos step on the stool wrong at night.i dont feel like changing to another mattress cos couldn't afford to waste time to break it cos I'm not young.want to buy a cooling mattress protector but living on pension I couldn't afford it. Even the mattress is financing.if I know tempurpedic is so hot I wouldn't have got it.its winter and I sleep with short sleeve and shorts but the heat radiates where my body touches specially the back. Hate the mattress. Even the pillow that I had been using is hot.is there anything I can do without wasting more money to cool it down

Not sure if i was given the correct mattress since this has so many good reviews! I've only had it two days and it feels like a mushy squished marshmallow with absolutely no support. I'm a little person, weighing in at maybe 108 pounds, and I sleep on my back. After one night my back felt bad. After two nights my back now hurts. No support at all. Weird. Definitely returning it. Sad.

This brand is expensive and advertises as top quality. This mattress has no cooling feature though is supposed to, and is extremely hard and uncomfortable. I feel I got something that should have been rejected if tested for quality. Do not spend your money. Buy something reasonably priced from any brand.
