Great product but it says there is Wi-fi hook up and i tried two different ways to add it and it never connected.

We have a Great Pyr/Newfie mix and her long hair seems to always be everywhere. We had a Roomba that didn't empty itself and although it worked well, I had to empty it manually after an hour. This self emptying model is amazing. I love this machine.

I can't use the product Because it won't start right out of the box. I tried troubleshooting to no avail and I'll be returning it. Really sucks. Never even turned on

I got this as Christmas gift.This Thing is not functioning properly.It work for a minute then put it back to station waited for 2-4 hrs same problem..I waited the next day still same..We return this Item..

How is it that orders are still being taken for this, yet the order I placed for it in November is still showing "backordered", and every time I call, I sit on hold for 45 minutes and get told they have no idea when they'll ship it out???????

Couple weeks after purchasing this item the side edge brush stopped working, the mapping system doesn't work properly. When ordered to clean an specific room it will go everywhere and miss a lot of spots, plus it has a hard time finding the base.

It cleans extremely well and maps out the entire house. It empties itself usually at the end of the cycle. It hasn't gotten stuck at all and cleans all the different types of floor well. Wood, tile and the rugs it had no problems
