They never tell you this product only works on internet 2.4g and everything is 5g now so you find out after trying to install the app for hours there is no chance it will ever work.

It rarely gets stuck and does it's job well. Though if I were buying now, with a larger space, I'd go for a model with the room mapping so I can clean specific rooms

New rubber "brushes" and design is worthless. Have to clean out spindles after every cleaning as it sends hair to the ends and leaves quite a bit behind. It's definitely not for households with pets.

Bought this mostly as a maintenance tool for keeping crumbs and cat litter picked up, and it does it's job effectively. Keeps me from having to sweep and vacuum multiple times per day.

This can take a few days. Unfortunately the battery doesn't last long enough to get the job done on the first try. It docks itself, cleans out the mess, recharges and takes off again. This process can last for more than 3 hours!

I was impressed in the fact it picked up alot of dirt and pet hair. I was not impressed that it tended to focus on one room and sometimes would not even travel to the other room. The navigation was sketchy at times.

Great product, really dig the vacuum extract at the end of the cycle. Coming from the 2018 model we have, this is a significant upgrade - Runs much quieter. Seems to have a sense of direction whereas the older unit did not.
