We bought two different "Sharks" and returned them. Bought this and will definitely keep. We owned Gen 1 Roomba and the programming has gotten much better I watched it get out from under the kitchen table with glee. They keep getting better! Very happy with this, we have 4 dogs and it has been running daily since we got it, moves from hardwood to two types of carpet and around a myriad of obstacles, when my Gen 1 dies (although replace battery and still going strong but not as effective) I will get this or the next version. No more Sharks for us

Awesome machine. Vacuums really well, surprisingly better than I expected. Pretty neat to watch it go around the house vacuuming everywhere. Helps to keep the pet hair up from 3 indoor/outdoor cats. It typically vacuums a little over 600 sf. Has to recharge 2 times before it finishes the job. Takes about 4.5 hrs total to vacuum and charge. Would prefer to have some type of reusable bag in the tower rather than having to buy disposable bags. Very happy with the Roomba. A big help around the house.

I have had other roombas in the past but I really like the 2 rubber brushes. My only problem is that I cant figure out how to program it using the Hotspot on my phone as I dont have wifi. So for now, I just let it roam around till it gets stuck on the frame for the sliding glass doors.

We have two stories of around 1800 sq ft on each level. So far we have one floor mapped fairly well and all the rooms have been divided and named. We have the Roomba app downloaded on two Iphones and an ipad. In addition we have Alexia and Siri tied to the app. When it cleans everywhere there seems to be no problem. However it does have some difficulty cleaning by room only. I'm not sure how to fix that problem and have not found any directions to do so. As far as its cleaning ability, I would say that it does a decent job and I'm satisfied with its performance. It does pick up cat hair, which is one of the primary reasons we bought it. I installed a wifi extender near the base station and that helped tremendously in keeping the Roomba on track when it came home. Sam's had an excellent price on the product so I took the chance and bought it. So far we are satisfied with the purchase.

Doesn’t stay charged for very long

Base does not work/robot works but the base and robot will not sync

So far so good product is performing like it’s supposed to.

Works like a charm ,never gets stuck and cleans smart ,
