I agree with above…. After deciding to try to save a few bucks we bought this instead of the nugget. We were moving so it stayed in the box for a few months. When we finally took it out it was great for awhile. We washed it twice,but by the second time the zipper was broken. Sams said they would take it back and replace it after hauling it up there they would not take it back since it was over the amount of days. Just buy the nugget. We now have this thing with no cover which is gross.

Got this for my 4 year old and 8 year old and I wish i got it sooner. They absolutely love it. It’s very good quality and very sturdy. We can make obstacle courses, forts, and It can also be a bed. To anyone having issues with decompressing. Mine decompressed for the most part but one side of the thinner cushion wasn’t doing it all the way and I saw someone on here suggested a blow dryer, I don’t have a blow dryer so I manually started decompressing it and blew some air with my own mouth and it finally decompressed all the way, so I definitely suggest you do that or use a blow dryer if you have one if you have any issues.

As much as we love this couch for the kids, the zippers are bad and broke. Our zipper on both of the big pieces broke within a year. And I don’t even know how to fix them because they just keep splitting!! It’s very annoying and I don’t think we should have to replace the covers once a year, the replacements seem too expensive!

We have the name brand version and this one. I prefer the explorer sofa! It holds builds better and is easier for washing/drying. The foam is SLIGHTLY more squishy but we've been building with the explorer sofa for almost 2 months with absolutely no complaints!

We bought this about 2 months ago, This is very comparable to the brand name Nugget that we have. It is a little more flimsy, than the brand name one but it works perfectly for our 3 toddlers to play on, build forts and make new “beds” on our sleep over nights. It is also a little bit smaller but it works well together to build giant forts.

We bought one for our three kids about a month ago (ages 10, 4, & 2) and they have played with it every day since. We have purchased two more that we have stashed for an upcoming birthday and Christmas. The foam is very sturdy and the pieces are heavy, but not too heavy. My 2 year old cannot move the pieces on her own, but my older kids can. The 10 year old likes to build things for the littles. These are much cheaper than the nugget! $50 cheaper right off the bat, plus another $50 when you factor in the shipping cost for the nugget!

Durable yet soft fabric.

We have two wild boys, a 3 yo and 1 yo. We ordered 2 sets of these sofas- both in emerald. First of all, the color is absolute perfection. Like many other reviews it is not as bright or Royal of a color like the pics show. It’s more of a muted turquoise, but honestly this could not have matched my house decor any more perfectly. Secondly and most importantly, the boys fell in love with these sofas INSTANTLY! We play with them every single day and the formations are endless. It’s been so fun to see how they’ve been able to create so many things themselves and get a lot of energy out while playing with them. :) The fabric is super soft and the cushions are very sturdy. We had been eyeing the Nugget Furniture for a few years. So glad we waited because this is cheaper and absolutely incredible! Hands down the best “toy” we could have bought for our kids. Just wish we had it sooner!!

I was planning on getting a nugget for my 1yo and 8yo this year, but when I saw this for a way better price I knew I had to jump on it. We got the pink one and it is absolute love. Every child deserves one of these things to explore on! We are going to get another for our niece and nephews.
