This is a really great tv for the price. Great picture! It's in our bonus room and we're enjoying watching football on a much bigger screen.

Just took delivery today. Great TV and Samsung is as good or better than any manufacturer. TV was easy to set up especially with the "smart-phone" feature. The delivery folks were TOTALLY unaware that this was supposed to be "white glove". They were about to leave the TV in the box on my living room floor when I mentioned the level of service advertised. The 2-person team was professional and they set-up the set on y entertainment center and took all of the packaging. Had I not said anything they would have just left. I did tip them. There is a communication breakdown somewhere.......

I ordered more then one month before. Their carrot pilot has worst tracking system in world. No reply for message. Tracking same as Oct 11th. I canceled after waiting more than mont and pick up from store. And it was broken!!'n I am returning it and going to some organized and Morten age company. If you call store you have to wait Atleast half hour!!!

Special screws from Samsung only are required to mount t.v. and they do not include them. For the price of the t.v. and the amount I paid a contractor to come hang and had to pay a fee when they were unable to hang it becuase Samsung does not include 4 necessary screws made me want to pack up the t.v. and return it. That kind of information should be included on the outside of the box. I have always purchased Samsung but now am looking into other brands to furnish the other 6 areas in the house were we will be placing televisions. Thanks Samsung for all the inconvenience. T.V. is still sitting on the floor.

Great TV at a great price, 85 inch TV for $1000 is a heck of a deal. The TV being on sale and on display made my decision to purchase. Sound quality sounds good but I have to have the volume turned up to almost 100% to get good sound. I purchased a digital audio cable and ran it to my stereo and play sound through my stereo speakers with the TV speakers. Overall awesome TV for the price, easy to set up using website, no complaints so far! Definitely would purchase this one again.
