We love this tv. Samsung has always been a favorite of ours. We tried Vizio. Not a fan. Changing delays and sound bar wouldn't work. This tv is fast with no delays. We like the remote but wish it was a little bigger. Picture quality is great!! We would buy this tv again.

I had a projector on a 100" screen, it was in need of another lamp or a replacement projector, after shopping for a new projector I saw the price of this Samsung and thought this would be nicer I can have the lights on without the picture washing out plus I get some cool channels that come with Samsung. The picture quality is awesome, it was easy to set up with my streaming service and with the addition of an optical audio cable I hooked it into my surround sound system and it works great. The delivery was good and I was able to hang it on a wall mount with a little help. Overall I'm very happy with it.

This tv is magnificent. The picture is great and it comes fully loaded with about all the apps you'll ever need to stream movies. Easy set up and user friendly. If your looking to upgrade you'll be happy with this big guy.

We got the 82” same model for our bedroom. Good quality for the price. So we bought the 85” for our living room. Not very bright in daytime but pictures look stunning at night time.

I love this television, it gives me a theater feel right in my living room. I also have a Samsung phone so the ability to easily connect to my phone was ideal and a great experience.

Fits our living room perfectly and the 4k looks great. I was worried due to the size that the pixels would be visible but there is no reason to worry about that. 4k is more than sufficient at 1/4th the price of 8k this was a steal at $997 on sale. My old 65 was $1600 a few years ago so at the price of this 85 you cannot beat it even at the full price Sams sells if for. You'll love it just make sure you mount it or have a stand at least 5 foot wide or the legs will be to wide to set on your stand. Feels like we're at the games when we're watching the Steelers or Penn State games now!

The tv is great but the white glove delivery was not. The guy put the box in my living room and left. I had to unbox the tv and put it up myself. The delivery service Sam's uses are anything but stellar. However, Sam's products are high quality for not a lot of money that is why I tolerate it for now.

The TV came in good condition. It noted two man delivery, but I told them I could help, so the delivery driver and myself carried it in and unboxed, put on stand and set up. Only problem with this set is of course due to its' large size, the foot spacing is to wide to sit on stand unless specially purchased for this size. Mine was wide enough, but due to the shape going to back,the rear of the legs hit air. I ordered a new stand, but the legs went to close to edges, so I got a solid stand that mounts to the TV's wall mount attachment and also allows you to swivel it. Secondly, older TVs required you to select your input, this one detects devices on the HDMI, which kind of threw me off. The TV itself works perfectly so far and the picture is really nice. The sound from the TV speakers is just fine for TV programs and movies.

We carefully hauled the product home making sure yo keep the tv upright as research stated as to not damage it. Once unboxed and plugged in there were lines running horizontally and vertically. We now have to figure out how to get the unboxed item back to store.

Ordered online. Sam's used AIT international for delivery. Took nearly a month to be shipped from Texas to Alabama. When it arrived there was a crack going down the middle of the screen. Called customer service and it was absolutely abysmal. No real solutions, and wanted to ship it back, get reviewed before I would get my money back. Borrowed a truck and took it back myself. Customer service at the store was quick and easy. Long story short, don't order it online!
