Easy to set up. Great tech support if you need it. Get notifications or access through the Defender app from anywhere. Mines been up for several months no issues and I love it

Cameras and unit were easy to install; however, configuring the system and cameras is a nightmare. I am a technology developer and I have had this system installed for months and still can't get but 2 of 16 cameras set up. There is no phone support and response over email takes forever. I am required by the state to have a security system that can be monitored 24/7 with alerts but the system will only let me configure 2 of 16 cameras. I can not recommend this system because of the lack of real support. Also, software has a lot to be desired. Even if you have technology experience you will not be able to get the system and cameras setup to do what it is suppose to be designed to do. Purchase at your own risk but be prepared to have a lot of frustration trying to get setup.

Easy to setup, great quality, over all like it.

Hard drive failed. No help from defender warranty department. Definitely not worth the money.

Has no remote and no desktop software. Returned for refund.

They are perfect for viewing the area outside our shop and house. Now we can see who's coming and going when we aren't home!

Clarity improved greatly with higher resolution, although we are still using some low resolution from our original system.

Produces terrific HD images. Installation is straight forward. Setting up DVR alarm/notification is a bit tricky.
