It handles lightly soiled dishes well, leaving them clean and dry, though heavily soiled items fare better with standard cycles. QuadWash® Pro Effectiveness: The QuadWash® Pro is exceptional. The multi-directional spray arms and powerful jets clean dishes thoroughly, even stubborn grime like baked-on food. Every dish, no matter where it’s placed, comes out spotless. Dynamic Heat Dry™ Feature: Dishes, including plastics, come out completely dry every time. This feature eliminates the need for hand-drying, which is a big plus for me. Built-In Leak Protection: While I haven’t experienced leaks, it’s reassuring to know the protection is there. It adds a layer of confidence when running the machine. Ease of Top Controls: The top controls are intuitive and easy to use. They blend seamlessly into the design, keeping the dishwasher sleek without compromising functionality. EasyRack® Plus System: The adjustable racks are versatile and make loading a breeze. Whether it’s oversized pots or delicate glasses, the system accommodates it all, making it easier to maximize space. Plus, changing the height of the rack is a simple process that doesnt take a lot of time or energy. LoDecibel™ Operation: This dishwasher is VERY quiet. I definitely don't notice it when it is running in the background, and the chime to indicate that it is done is pleasant. LG ThinQ® Smart Technology: The smart features add a new level of convenience. I can start, monitor, and get alerts directly on my phone, which is perfect for multitasking or managing chores remotely. Plus, there are some really cool features like changing the tones of the chimes to fit the seasons. It's a nifty resource to have on hand! PrintProof Stainless Steel Finish: The finish is excellent at resisting fingerprints and smudges. I don't have any young kids around right now, so the fingerprints aren't a huge issue, but it's nice to know that it's easy to keep clean! Final Thoughts: This dishwasher is a perfect addition to my kitchen. I liked my old dishwasher for what it was, but this dishwasher takes it to a whole new level!

Compared to that model this is leaps and bounds better in terms of technology and getting everything dry after a cycle. No more moist plates and bowls! The integration with the LG ThinQ app adds a layer of customization that brings a personal touch to an otherwise mundane task with custom cycles and seasonal ending melodies. I only wish those melodies were a bit louder, lol! I appreciate the dedicated maintenance cleaning modes too. The installers did a great job getting it setup for us and had no problem moving the old dishwasher to the basement. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking for a replacement dishwasher, and because of my home layout, wanted/needed one that was very quiet. We'll, this is not it. This, at best, is an average dishwasher in terms of sound level. Very disappointing. As for everything else, it's excellent. Capacity is crazy. You can just keep loading it and loading it. Features are great and the controls are intuitive. Unfortunately, the sound level let's it's down. I would not have purchased it had I know how loud it was. Bad job by LG on that.

We’ve had our new LG dishwasher for about 3 weeks now and it’s been a great improvement from our old one. Overall this dishwasher is very sleek and looks great in our kitchen. I love the pocket handle design, gone are the days of bumping into the towel bar that stuck out from our old one. The controls on the top are nice and hidden yet while the dishwasher is running there is a modern LED light that lets us know how much time is left. The 3 racks make this dishwasher very versatile. The third rack is perfect for small items like my kids water bottle straws and tupperware lids so they don’t melt or fall through to the bottom anymore. The adjustable middle rack is a really nice touch that adds versatility to accommodate large items like my Yeti water bottle that shouldn’t go on the bottom but could not fit in our old dishwasher. We hosted my daughter’s birthday party the first week after we got the new dishwasher and the 1-hour cycle came in handy. I was able to run a quick load with all of the dishes from our appetizers and it was quiet so it didn’t disrupt dinner. It was done before we finished dinner so we could reload right away, and the dishes came out clean and dry. I connected the dishwasher to the app since we have a few other LG appliances already connected. So far it let me customize the chime sound and sends an alert when a load is finished. It also looks like it can download new custom cycles but I haven’t tried any of those yet. So far very happy with this new dishwasher and glad we replaced our old Bosch. I am very pleased with this dishwasher. It dries very well with the high dry boost option and is extremely quiet. Loading is easy, and the top shelf for kitchen utensils is a great bonus in addition to the standard rack on the bottom shelf. All shelfs roll out very smoothly even with full load. It also has a 1-hour cycle, which I used for smaller loads, and it worked great. Additionally, I used the night dry option, which is perfect for us as we tend to leave it overnight, especially if I run the dishwasher late in the day. The app is easy to use and comes in handy, especially when I forget to start the cycle and am already in bed. The 1-hour cycle is efficient and only increases to 1 hour 33 minutes (or 1 hour 43 minutes with high dry boost) with extra drying time, which is great if the dishes are not too dirty. Overall, this dishwasher has exceeded my expectations and has made kitchen cleanup much more convenient.

It has a top rack for up to 12 place setting of utensils. I can wash my stemware as well!!! It's wifi capable which is so convenient because the mobile app allows control of the dishwasher remotely, enhanced settings control, and notifications about the wash cycle. We were able to connect it to our Alexa, so we get voice announcements too. Best dishwasher I have owned yet!!
