Bought 8 Kayaks and love them. After a full summer of use the kids managed to do a little damage. Called these folks up and had replacement parts in my hands faster than I could blink.

This is perfect all around kayak. I’ve been in the lake, ocean and river and works for all. Single or 2 people With a bunch of gear. The seat had an issue at first but the excellent customer service swapped it no problem.

I needed help with a kayak and parts and I can not believe the help I received, it was truly amazing. I contacted them 4 times (due to my fault lol) and all 4 times they were so helpful. I can't thank them enough.

The kayak itself is simple but seems to be very stable, we lost the cargo cover to one of the bays and the customer service to get a new one was awesome and easy to work with.

I lost a few of the seat clips on my double kayak and Sara made the whole process of ordering new parts super easy. It took less than 5 minutes on the phone and the parts arrived 3 days later.

Got my Lifetime parts coming quick fast and in a hurry! Perfect match and fit as expected. We’re back on the water! Thanks Dale and thanks Lifetime!

Very stable boat but very slow. I get left behind by the single seat kayaks even with 2 paddlers.

The seats that come with aren’t the best the straps come loose or slip off the claps and the kayak is much heavier then expected.
