We like the hickory smoked bacon,but recently we bought one LOT302053 which so fat and salty, we even can’t eat it .I wonder do they add extra salt by accident on this batch or it’s going to be flavored like it since now.We might have to take a break of buy it.

Tastes good, but could we please have 2-3 fewer slices and make it just a bit thicker? I mean there's classic cut and thin cut, but these are so thin the deli guy is jealous that he can't shave roast beef or pastrami that thin. And like someone else said, very inconsistent on the slices with some so thin I could just about see through them. But kudos to the blade sharpener, that guy deserves a raise keeping the blades that sharp.

Very lean bacon. Pop it in the oven in a single layer at 400° for 12-14 minutes. It comes out perfectly crisp. Blot it thoroughly with paper towels, put it in a plastic bag and then in the meat drawer of your fridge. Nouw your morning bacon slices are cooked; you can easily crumble it for use on a salad, or in other recipes. I usually bake 2 pounds at a time. The 2 pounds raw bacon weigh 8oz. total after baking. It’s the BEST!!

When I first started buying this baking at Sam's Club it used to be a very good bacon and I rated it 5 stars the last couple times I bought the spec and it was very poor quality and not cut evenly I hope this doesn't continue or else I will have to buy another product

I bought this bacon because everything from members mark has been really good. However, this was horrible. It looked ok when I checked the pack but when I got home and cooked it it was all fat and shriveled up to half it’s size. Would not recommend unless you like bad bacon.

If I was rating the taste of this bacon I would say it is great. The quality however is not. The bacon is so thin that you can hardly separate the pieces. It is thin enough to see through. You cannot fry it because it so thin most of it just sticks to the pan and breaks off. You have to broil it to have any success with it. I have NEVER seen bacon so thin, its thinner than deli shaved lunch meat. Most Members Mark products are great but I would say in this case you missed the mark completely.

I have been looking for a great bacon to have on hand & hoped this would be it. Pros: 1. Delicious flavor 2. Separate individually wrapped 1 lb. Packages 3. Good for bacon bits/crumbles Cons: 1. Too thin to easily pull off alice by slice to put on the pan to cook 2. Large amount of fat with streaks of meat rather than the reverse 3. Not good for eating by the slice I attempted to cook the first half as slices with not-great success...it was frustrating to work with as it tore to bits & shreds while being pulled from the other slices & then curled up into pieces that were maybe 4"-5" long. The next time I went ahead & cut the remaining slices into 1" pieces before cooking. This worked better since I used kitchen shears to cut a chunk of bacon slices at a time. The flavor was great! However, I wouldn't serve this at breakfast because we generally only like bacon bits as a topping or mixed into a salad.

If you are feeding a lot of people that are friends and acquaintances, then this is for you. The price and amount are tempting, but the quality is lacking. The bacon has a lot of grease and shrinks by a third or more in size. If you want to feed your loved ones, pay a little more.

Purchased this brand for the first time and we're very happy with it. I had been buying the Hormel Black Label Bacon and it was always hit or miss with it. It either was really good or it had no flavor at all...didn't even smell like bacon when cooking it and the inconsistency in the thickness was ridiculous! We like ours pretty crispy and it was always difficult to get the Hormel bacon cooked just right in the microwave. I'm on my 3rd pack of the Member's Mark bacon and so far all 3 packs have been very tasty and cooked perfectly to our preference.

I am hoping that the other 2 packages of this are not like the first. I cooked the entire package this morning. All I wanted was 4 slices but there was so much fat, it was impossible to pick up slices. I cut the bacon toward the end because the bottom half of each piece was just stuck together FAT
