In The Beginning when I first bought this bacon it was fantastic. Tasted great and was of good thickness. Now it is thin and some packs taste great while others taste really bland and I've had to add salt to it while cooking it. Not sure what is going on but we have now stopped buying this bacon.

SAYS 1LB IN EACH PACKAGE. NOTICED I WAS SHORT BACON. I WEIGHED IT AND ONLY WEIGHED 14.9 OZ WHEN IT SHOULD BE 16 OZ! I always buy this bacon. I noticed the packaging changed and also now says sams brand. Went to make the bacon and 1 package always fills up my entire large sheet pan. I was missing 1/4 of it. Decided to weigh it and there was only 14.9oz of bacon when there should be 16oz! Changed the lable. Pay more. Get less! 😡

This is by far the worst bacon I've ever purchased. It was 95% fat (not exaggerating), cut to shreds and extremely hard to try to peel apart to bake and eat-- it all ended up in the trash which is an epic waste of food and money. Very disappointed in this members mark item.
