This ine I bought is very thin strips. I thought it was thick but picked wring one but this brand I love.

Good bacon requires an even slice and good curing. These have a good slice to where they crisp well and have a good savory hit on all regions of the tongue. All bacons can got a bland batch but it’s really low here. Consistent yet if looking for high smoke flavor this one is mild for smoke. Very good for classic breakfast as well as addition to dishes such as potato. Amazing on breakfast sandwiches.

The quality is horrible! When I went to lay it out on my baking sheet, the individual slices shredded. All 3 packages were the same. I have photos of product and packaging.

Very thin and uneven slices. Extremely high fat. Pieces cook down to about a half inch by three inches in size. Does not cook evenly. Not a lot of flavor.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! It breaks apart & becomes like bacon bits. Don’t get this item it’s not worth it. The picture is a close up so it doesn’t look like kibbles n bits pieces

I paid extra for the better quality. I would have preferred it sliced thicker and have had the option to buy it heavily prepared. Not complaining. It was good, just not enough to lay more than a day. Thank you

Good flavor. Great for cooking and adding to other recipes. Slices can sometimes be so paper thin that it's difficult just to keep it together before grilling or frying. If putting in microwave watch your times.

This product comes in three one-pound packs. The pack in the middle had a much different appearance than the other two packs, and tasted a lot more salty. I'll explain. When I make bacon I make all the packs at one time. I lay the strips on a a mesh grate that sets inside a half-sheet baking pan. 400 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes, depending on the thickness of the strips. This process is repeated until all packs are done. During this process, I had some strips from the first pack, and some strips from the second pack on the same rack. When I pulled this batch out of the oven, there was a distinct difference in the color of the strips from pack one and pack two. Pack two looked light brown (tan?) compared to the natural reddish bacon color of pack one. The pack two strips were much more difficult to remove from the rack. They stuck to the rack and broke easily. Most of them came off in little pieces.
