Loved this bacon for years because it was crispy and delicious, and renewed membership because of this bacon and gas prices. Sadly my last several packages of bacon have contained thick, chewy pieces when what I wanted was crispy. Quality has gone down. Very disappointing.

We tried this Member's Mark Bacon during quarantine because our usual Giant pack of Hormel Bacon was out of stock. I usually just split the Hormel up into freezer bags for each serving size. This bacon tastes good, is a little thinner, but much more convenient packaging than the hormel. I'll buy this over Hormel and Smithfield, which has a weird taste, any day. I've seen some reviews that say it's fatty or thin and I've had Hormel come out the same in the past., so it is what it is.

These are nice wide strips of meaty bacon. The slice thickness is thin and crisps up easily. The flavor is just right and doesn’t taste overly salty. Each package comes with three vacuum packed packages of bacon. We enjoy it wrapped around a jalapeño popper, a slice for a burger or BLT, and of course as a breakfast protein side.

Great price and convenience but the quality is inconsistent. I’ve had to throw away 3 batches now. Two didn’t have any flavor and one was sour and had gone bad prior to its expiration. Won’t buy bacon anymore from Sam’s. It’s not a cost savings if you have to keep throwing it away.

Bacon is equally cut so some slices don't cook faster than others. Tastes good too.
