I purchased the morning multivitamin and liquid probiotic. I’ve seen no change at all in my overall wellness. The probiotic made my son’s and I’s GI issues worse.

I have beta thalassemia which in turn causes me to be very exhausted daily. This vitamin helps with my energy levels. I am definitely purchasing more.

Very potent stuff. I take only 1 tbsp every other day. The flavor is not the greatest, but I mix it with juice and the cherry Vitamin B complex drops (which is awesome!) and it helps mask it.

So far, so good. The taste is great and it's satisfying knowing I'm putting ideal nutrients into my body every morning. I consider it part of my daily self-care routine.

I know that I am MTHFR deficient. So having a vitamin that has methylated B and folate is so important for me! I love this vitamin and all that it has in it!

I started using the Liquid Multivitamin about a month ago due to better absorption potential vs a hard pill or vegan capsule. I love it! I feel better and have noticed an improvement in my skin tone. Already reordered for next month.
