been using for a week and so far I’ve noticed a boost in energy! I mix it w 4oz of oj and 4oz of water, tastes yummy I love feeling like I’m doing something good for my body every morning!

I wish there was a non sweetened version of this and also less flavored. I quit taking it because it caused ulcers in my mouth, but it was a chore taking it. Adults shouldn't need a syrup to take a supplement

M.R.'s Liquid vitamins are yummy and super easy to remember to take. They give me a pep for the morning, and the nighttime one helps to wind down for the evening. Great stuff. I recommend to all mamas for fam and kiddos - all the time!
