This has been my multi vitamin for a few months now. Love the liquid instead of swallowing several tablets like I was doing before Mary Ruth. Doesn’t upset my stomach. Quality ingredients and I feel great taking them!

I just started my vitamin journey with Mary Ruth’s. I do like the products. That’s why I gave it 5 stars. But be warned…the raspberry multivitamin tastes horrible!!!!!

I have a 2yr, 5yr and 9yr my kids take MaryRuth’s multivitamins without complaint daily! They are very picky kids, at first they didn’t enjoy the liquid flavor however - now they drink it no problem and no fighting.

So far we are happy with the taste ! My son loves it so much he reminded to give to him the other day since I forgot because he said is his sweet treat ❤️ I now see his cheeks turning rose and I give credit to it ;)

This multivitamin has a great amount of biotin and b vitamins so it is perfect to help with my thinning hair!! It tastes pretty good and easier than taking a bunch of pill supplements in the morning.
