This is a very effective multi-vitamin product. First off, I can take it on an empty stomach. Secondly, I know its absorbing. Thirdly, I can feel the difference.

I have been using this product line now for about a year and am so very satisfied with every product! I am on a feeding tube so I have to have liquid vitamins and these are the best I have found!

I have not used this for very long yet. I do not "feel" any different than I did. I do seem to have softer stools than I had previous to using this multi-vitamin and that is somewhat concerning.
