I have energy all day and able to focus while working.. I’ve only used for a couple of weeks, but one thing I’ve noticed is that I have better clarity, no more itchy face from an allergy and nails are getting stronger.

Easy to digest. Easy to swallow. I have had no problems with any side effects. I haven't taken long enough to see if it benefits me but sure hoping it helps keep me in good health. I purchased this because I have trouble swallowing large pills.

I really like this brand and what they stand for but the product I order was disappointing. I did not enjoy the taste or the consistancy. I spent a good amount on this product and did not get what I expected.
