My daughter is on her second month of taking this vitamin. As a college freshman she is buried in studies, doesn’t always eat enough, lack of sleep etc. I do feel the vitamins are helping her thru this time.

Flavor is good, it's nothing life changing like the reviews make you beileve. It's an easy way to get your vitamins in and doesn't make you feel dizzy or sick.

I like the idea and the company, but I can't get anyone to drink it. All of the kids think its disgusting in taste. It taste like a vitamin smells...Like vitamins. I can manage it, but its not my favorite.

My kids love taking their morning vitamins! They enjoy the taste and actually remind me to take their vitamins! I enjoy them too! The best part is a entire container provides the 2 kids and 1 adult vitamins for the entire month!

My family and I love Mary Ruth’s Products. Clean ingredients, sugar free, non GMO, vegan and so much great goodness in it. We see how it’s improved our health . We are sold on Mary Ruth’s products.

The vitamins are pretty good but I have not been taking them long enough to really make a comment. I just wonder why you can only take them in the morning and not through out the day.

This is just a preference as i think all multivitamins are unpleasant, but I can'tt get past the taste. I like that it's easy to swallow in liquid form and the colder it is, the less the taste lingers.

I feel so much better since I started taking this! It tastes great and surprisingly doesn’t give me heartburn as I thought it would. My hair is stronger with less breakage and filling in!
