This multivitamin has a great amount of biotin and b vitamins so it is perfect to help with my thinning hair!! It tastes pretty good and easier than taking a bunch of pill supplements in the morning.

Love that dosage can be adjusted for different ages --child to adult. My last bottle had a crack in the lid, I presume because of chaotic holiday shipping. I am still able to use it, but wish I had saved a previous bottle cap to secure this one.
