I would recommend checking with your doctor first or preparing for the potential of stomach issues. This made both my husband and I ill even though we followed all the instructions. He started taking it before I did and was complaining about his stomach. I didn't connect the dots until I also started taking it and having issues. Dr said stop after a few days because this was the only change! Couldn't give it more time or just hope to stop feeling that way. I've taken multivitamins pills and a variety of other supplements for years without issues. Stomach is still grumbling from this, hoping it clears up soon.

I have seen many online reviews/ads for this product and decided to give it a try. There are definitely pros/cons. I do not take this daily because some of the amounts exceed the daily recommendations by such a large amount that I decided to take them every other day. Perhaps this is why I'm not seeing any major changes/improvements but I still don't see a reason to take 500 percent of certain B vitamins or 1000% DV of biotin. The taste is tolerable, I don't feel a need to mix it with anything but I can't say it tastes like raspberry at all and it does remind me of cough syrup. I do like that it's in liquid form for people who have difficulty with pills. I'm not sure if I would purchase it again but I do plan to finish what I bought.

I normally buy this in the store and have no issues with it. The ones I've had taste fine and myself and kids have no issues. I ran into and bought it online and it was shipped to me. It is disgusting! I don't know what the difference is. I thought it needed to be shaken but I've shaken it till my arm is about to fall off and it isn't helping. It's super biter and nasty. I'm taking it back and going to purchase in store and hope it's better.

I’ve been buying Mary Ruth’s Liquid Morning vitamins directly from the company since it’s inception I was THRILLED to see it at my local Sam’s Club so I could purchase it without the added cost of shipping. You’d think the product would be the same, However, it has a maple syrup flavor. I don’t know if the vitamins are just as good or not but I hate the taste and I’m not sure why the company would make a different product to sell at a store. It doesn’t make sense..

What a Difference! I wish I could do a subscription for this, I’d do it in a heartbeat. I bought this a month ago. I have so many autoimmune issues, that I stay in bed a lot. For My Body I take this in the morning, shortly after that I can feel my body come alive. Love It!! ❤️
