I take it every morning after I eat breakfast and it gives me the energy I need for the day.

To much of one vitamin in the bottle. Because it was to much for my body.

Tastes great, filled with good stuff, No fight to take it from my 12 year old. It’s a winner.

It tastes bad and after two weeks I don’t feel a difference

I don’t really like the taste so I put the Elderberry in it and I can drink it that way.

so far i am well pleased with these vitamins. i feel healthier.

It's not the best tasting but will see if it works on me in a month
