Absolutely outstanding multivitamin. Taste great and gives me a lot of energy. So glad I gave it a try!

I look forward to taking this every morning. It tastes great and I think it makes a difference in my health.

I will say it is helping me with the lack of vitamins/mineral my body was deprived of and it gives me more energy daily.

I love the liquid vitamins by MaryRuth Organice. It is the only one I have found that has folate instead of the folic acid which I can't take.

At this time, I can't say anything positive nor negative. It's too early to say anything about it just yet.

So far so good, it’s only been a week. The vitamin has a strong taste, but it won’t taste as bad if you cool it.
