I really like it. I just wish I was more consistent with it. When I take it I do feel more energetic through out the day.

Im trying the bkend for hair growth, which tastes nasty. Will finish it paid to much to waste it then Im coming back to this one.

Unpopular opinion here but I couldn’t get over the thickness and the gross taste. Threw it out after a few tries.
