This product is really good, gives you energy in the morning, and it taste so good. Highly recommend.

It’s hard for me to take it because I don’t like the way it tastes. I do think they are good vitamins, but hard to get past the taste.

I have only been using this vitamin for 30 days, but it seems to have a good effect on my hair. It may be helping other things I haven't noticed.
