Gets me up and running . Feel great . I much prefer to drink my vitamins. My daughter bought me a fancy shot glass to take it with!

I do not prefer the taste or gel-like texture of this one. I will wait until the other multi plus essentials are back in stock before I order again.

I am sure the Mary Ruth liquid vitamins are good but not for me. Will continue searching for the next great thing.

Unpopular opinion here but I couldn’t get over the thickness and the gross taste. Threw it out after a few tries.
