It’s hard for me to take it because I don’t like the way it tastes. I do think they are good vitamins, but hard to get past the taste.

I was worried about the taste but it actually taste good. I feel better by taking it. I would highly recommend!!

Doesn't take like medicine. Has a "healthy" taste to it like one just knows they're doing their body good.

It is true, the liquid form works far better and I could tell the difference within a day of taking it.

Clean ingredients with everything you need as a multivitamin but I prefer the gummies as the taste of this liquid made me dread taking it every day.
