This vitamin has helped my health immensely. There is no doubt my body absorbs this better than pills!! So yummy to take in the AM!

Much easier for me to take than capsules. Taste is not too bad and you get used to it. Halfway through my second bottle and I am feeling good.

Love both the raspberry and fruit punch flavor. I would love to have the raspberry flavor (and consistency) for the nighttime liquid mineral.

I like that this multivitamin is in liquid form. The taste is good and can be taken on an empty stomach with no complications of nausea or anything!
