I got the vitamin bottle. I have been taking it. It has a strong mediciny flavor and seems overly sweet.

Easy to take compared to standard vitamin. Taste is pleasant. I like that I cant forget to take them because they are so visible in my fridge.

I have not used the vitamin much cause i never felt much energy from it no no difference in my well being sorry
