I love the liquid vitamins and liquid minerals. Easy to use and so good!! I sleep better and have more energy.

It has an earthy taste, but my children will drink it. They like the strawberry better than the raspberry.

The raspberry flavor is awesome by itself or mixed with orange juice. I can honestly tell a difference in the way I feel.
