I don’t like taking capsules or pills of any kind. This is just one reason I love the liquid vitamins. I feel great and have good energy since I’ve started taking the morning liquid vitamin.

I love the morning multivitamin. My 5 year old also takes this every morning and loves it as well. I also love the biotin & the kids gummy vitamins which my 2 year old loves.

Very potent stuff. I take only 1 tbsp every other day. The flavor is not the greatest, but I mix it with juice and the cherry Vitamin B complex drops (which is awesome!) and it helps mask it.
