I’m so bummed because I’m reacting to something in it and unable to tolerate it. I’m sure it’s a fabulous addition for most but I’m unable to take it.

This is a great natural multi-vitamin for the whole family! With a family of 5, I do wish there was a cheaper bulk option, but a little is better than none and my kids like the taste and are fine taking it. Love the ingredients and benefits!!

I can feel the energy almost instantly from taking it. Kind of like a five hour energy drink but not as intense. I'm not exactly sure what else it is doing though. It does taste pretty good but have to drink come water or eat something right after.

Great vitamin that I look forward to taking each morning. Showed definite improvement with energy and mood. Look forward to more benefits with continued use.
