I have noticed that I have more energy than usual since taking this liquid vitamin. The taste is great! I add in the liquid probiotics and drink it every morning. I have noticed positive changes with both products.

I haven’t seen results just yet but that’s because I haven’t been taking it super long, but I notice I feel better after taking it and i love the flavor and the ease of taking it. Can’t wait to see where this vitamin takes me! :)

This reminds me of my childhood mom used to give me spoons of liquid vitamins. The taste is not bad. Heard all the reviews seem good. So I just started it see how it goes

I purchased the multivitamins and minerals. I have read that some people say that they do not like the taste. I love the taste and I am usually very picky. I will definitely buy these vitamins again.

What is the difference between this and the Liquid Morning Multivitamin Essentials+, Strawberry. I am trying to decide which one to purchase. Thank you!!

I love the morning multivitamin, it’s tastes great(pineapple) I always take it with magnesium to calm my teeth grinding until I can do a parasite cleanse. Now that’s something I wish Mary Ruth could provide is a parasite cleanser.

I usually have less energy since I wake up couple of times at night because of my kids. One day I realized I was feeling less tired than before. That day I felt a slight headache when I woke up but after a while taking the vitaminit was gone!
