Very gd in flavor and easy to consume. Luv that it is liquid. I also like my Apple Cider Vinegar gummies. GRT flavor! Will continue to order both items.

It’s been a bit over a month ago that I’ve purchased these vitamins and i must say i love it! I have more energy throughout the day and my nails and hair are growing strong!

I am loving these vitamins. I feel so much better since taking these. They taste great as well. I have already been telling my family and friends about them.

My 7 year old and I love this. It became part of our routine. She is very picky when it comes to taste and she can drink this vitamin without complaining.

I usually hate taking liquid medicine but this one isn’t that bad. Even though I forget to take it everyday, I’ve noticed that It gives me energy and it makes my nails grow like crazy. Those are the only things I’ve noticed so far.

I haven’t seen results just yet but that’s because I haven’t been taking it super long, but I notice I feel better after taking it and i love the flavor and the ease of taking it. Can’t wait to see where this vitamin takes me! :)

This is my first try with liquid vitamins and Mary Ruth’s is wonderful. Easy to take and it feels good to know I’m getting a high quality product.
