I love how I can feel the difference in my body and mind taking this supplement! I have referred it to friends and family as well with how much I love this multi!

I was taking a pile of capsules, tried them in smoothies, yogurt etc. Seeing I can get what I need and higher quality as well in a liquid form is wonderful. I have seen an improvement in my skin so far, and already have another bottle in place.

Taste is not that great honestly and for the price of liquid vitamins it would have been great to have the capsule also serve as the measurer or have a dispenser with a cup.l especially as it needs to be refrigerated!
