I like the liquid multivitamins, but it has to be refrigerated. I forget it's in the refrigerator. So I have left it out a few days. It doesn't smell good, but it does taste good.

I love the morning multivitamin, it’s tastes great(pineapple) I always take it with magnesium to calm my teeth grinding until I can do a parasite cleanse. Now that’s something I wish Mary Ruth could provide is a parasite cleanser.

My husband and I started the Multivitamin and noticed a difference in only one week! We have more energy during the day (we also don’t drink caffeine!) This is a part of our daily routine now - highly recommend!

I Purchased, the liquid vitamins for my husband, who has a hard time swallowing pills, so it is such a relief that he is now getting all the vitamins he needs!

I received my order in the mail, and I can honestly say that I have been feeling good, since I started taking these, liquid vitamins, I definitely will be reordering.

It gives me gas, so I don't Like that. I love The ingredients, but I honestly Don’t feel a difference when I take It. I probably Will not order again.

I was looking for a better way to take a nutritional supplement other than a capsule. This tastes great and definitely cut down on capsules I was taking winter months. I chose raspberry.
