It tastes OK. Make sure you really shake it really well because it tastes nasty if you don't. I haven't noticed any benefits yet, but I have only been using it for a few weeks.

I wanted to try a liquid vitamin, works better and your body metabolizes easier . I like this liquid vitamin for those reasons and the energy I got from it. Only gave it 4* because of the pricy cost.

I took it for a week like a month ago and I still taste n smell the vitamins. My pee smells, everything smells like it. I wouldn't recommend unless you're ok with that.

I can feel the energy almost instantly from taking it. Kind of like a five hour energy drink but not as intense. I'm not exactly sure what else it is doing though. It does taste pretty good but have to drink come water or eat something right after.
