Yes vitamin is great for daily use. It’s easy to dispense and drink quickly. I do not like tablets and capsules so it is a win. I also feel good about this purity of the actual product.

The vitamins are pretty good but I have not been taking them long enough to really make a comment. I just wonder why you can only take them in the morning and not through out the day.

Unfortunately, my kids could not get past the taste. I’m sure the quality of Mary Ruth’s is great, but it’s more of a hassle to convince or Hide the taste from young critics.

I like that it is liquid but not crazy about the flavor. I am not a fan of raspberry so that may be why. I may try the night time multi vitamin and see if I like it better.

I was looking for a better way to take a nutritional supplement other than a capsule. This tastes great and definitely cut down on capsules I was taking winter months. I chose raspberry.

Unfortunately I can't keep this down, the taste makes me gag. I'm trying to mix it with various juices but it is very potent and can't be masked. I haven't been taking it long enough to notice any improvements.

I love this multivitamin! I’ve been looking for a supplement I could take daily. I’ve been taking this for almost three months. It helps with my energy and nail growth.

I was struggling with my pills, so I stopped taking them, but needed another solution that would be helpful. So far, I think it's doing the job of providing the correct nutrients needed. I will keep using.
