Rhe only reason I'm giving the liquid vitamins 3 stars is because when I take my vitamins in the morning I totally forget to walk to the fridge to take my liquid vitamins. It's just not for me but has nothing to do with the product itself

It looks like it’s really thick, but actually it’s not. Takes a little getting use to “texture wise” but I have so much energy now that I take it. I’m not sluggish throughout my work days anymore!!

I don’t understand how all these products have such stellar reviews. Because they’re vegan? They taste horrible and I didn’t notice a difference from my regular multivitamin.

I feel the difference in my energy level and I have only been taking it, just shy of, a week. The taste is lovely although the visual can be a bit intimidating. I look forward to all of the other benefits to come.

I started taking Maryruth vitamins probably five months ago. I noticed this significant change in my energy. I overall feel better and certainly less tired. I think they are a great product and I will continue to take them.

I have been taking this for over a year now.. not once have I been sick or caught a cold.i agree that this product works. But my last bottle does not taste like all the other ones.. the flavor of it have definitely changed.

Thank you for creating a liquid vitamin that tastes good! Swallowing pills is hard for me so I haven't taken vitamins regularly for a long time. I don't think I've skipped my vitamins at all since I started taking these!
